Offer and agreement

1. When you purchase an item from Scezòr online through the webshop, you are entering into an agreement with Scezòr. These Terms and Conditions apply to all your online orders and purchases.
2. We provide easy access to these Terms at the time you order and at any time thereafter. You can read, reread or download the then current and most recent version of the Terms via our website.
3. To avoid incorrect delivery after your order, please provide us with accurate information and contact details. We will keep your information secure and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
4. A contract resulting from an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on Scezòr Please contact Scezòr if you are in doubt about the validity of an offer.

Price and payment

1. The price in the webshop is the total price including VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are listed separately.
2. You can pay for your order using any of the payment methods available in Scezòr's webshop.
3. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. It is possible that the country in question may charge additional duties, such as import taxes. Scezòr has no influence or control over such charges and therefore cannot provide you with further information. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility as a customer and may have to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are at your own expense. You should check yourself whether the items ordered can be exported and imported to the relevant country and what the costs are, before placing such an order.

Delivery

1. Scezòr strives to process and deliver your order as easily and quickly as possible. We ensure that products are shipped accurately. In the unlikely event that you receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receiving the products and we will take care of the rest.
2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide and via your chosen mode of delivery. Separate rates apply for shipping costs outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France, please contact us at info@scezor.com .
3. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, you will be responsible for the cost of the lost product.

Quality, legal warranty & complaints

1. Scezòr strives to display products on its website as completely and accurately as possible. The nature of the products offered may result in differences (such as color differences) between the representation of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product appear different than expected? Along with the 14-day cooling-off period, we offer you a 30-day return period.
2. The products we offer are, of course, subject to wear and tear. The lifespan of a product also depends on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of maintenance. Scezòr products are made of the highest quality materials as listed in the webshop. Scezòr stands for quality under normal use. However, for optimal longevity and quality, it is important to follow the washing instructions. Should you nevertheless think there is something wrong with your product, please let us know your complaint via info@scezor.com
3. If you have discussed your complaint with us, but you would like to take your complaint to another body, you can contact the Dispute Resolution Board through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Right of Withdrawal

1. Under the law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the product, to revoke your agreement with Scezòr, without giving any reason
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending us an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by e-mail). It is also possible to partially withdraw from the agreement. To meet the deadline of the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you make your communication about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
3. Upon termination of the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of all products in your order, to Scezòr's address as stated on the shipping label you receive from us.
4. You can try our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Please make sure the tags are still attached and the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, have tags removed or show other signs of wear, Scezòr will have to deduct this depreciation from the total amount refunded to you. Only Scezòr is entitled to determine the depreciation.
5. Scezòr will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial cancellation, we will refund only the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to make the original payment.
6. Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge via the shipping label you receive from us. If you choose a different, more expensive option for returning than Scezòr's standard delivery method, these additional costs will not be refunded.

Return Policy

1. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, which is why we have a 30-day return policy. You can use your account within the webshop to register your return and we will take care of the shipping label. It is also possible to partially return the order.
2. Please return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving all products in your order, to Scezòr's address as listed on the shipping label you receive through our.
3. You can try our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Please make sure the tags are still attached and the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged or washed, with the tags removed or showing other signs of wear, Scezòr will have to deduct this depreciation from the total amount to be refunded to you. Intellectual property

1. Scezòr owns all intellectual property rights related to the brand, products and website including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.

Changes

1. Changes to these Terms will be published on the website. You are advised to read these Terms carefully when ordering from us. These Terms were last amended on November 20, 2023.

Applicable law

1. These Terms and Conditions and the agreement between you and Scezòr are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a conflict, the Rotterdam District Court will decide the matter; without prejudice to your rights as a consumer that you have according to the country in which you reside.
